Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW is the founder of the non-profit Open-Hearted Awareness Institute. Loch is the author of Shift into Freedom: The Science and Practice of Open-Hearted Awareness. He has been a nondual psychotherapist and meditation teacher for 30 years since studying Insight Meditation, Dzogchen, and Advaita in Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal. He has worked in community mental health, addiction recovery treatment and counseled family members affected by 9/11. Loch also collaborates with neuroscientists to study how awareness training can enhance compassion and wellbeing.
